Our East & West Private Dining Rooms
The decor package at Steak 44 is sexy and timeless. Our high-contrast color palette provides a great environment and lends energy to any event.
Our East and West Dining Rooms are warm and open. Windows accent the south wall of both rooms. Window treatments enclose the rooms if privacy is what you require.
The space is approximately 1,400 square feet and offers a private bar on the east side of the room. The versatile space can accommodate up to 80 guests depending on table configuration. A rolling insulated wall can be closed to divide the space into two almost-equal halves that can seat up to 30-45 guests each.

Our Private Dining rooms have multiple ports to accommodate state-of-the-art AV needs. Each room has separate volume controls and the capability for multiple sources of audio, video, or entertainment. This equipment and flexibility lets groups use either room or the entire space, making it perfect for your next presentation.
Whether used as one larger space or two more intimate rooms, your guests have the option of entering through the restaurant or entering directly through one of the two private entrances offered in each room.
Book the Chef’s Dining Room
The Chef’s Dining Room is an intimate space for up to 14 guests. It is located in the center of our restaurant with a view of the kitchen through the decorative bookshelf wall. The floor-to-ceiling leaded glass doors create a dramatic entry and custom drapes provide visual privacy if your event requires. Hidden behind a beautiful painting is our LED TV, available for presentations or for watching your favorite team win the big game.
Patio Dining Room | Book Phoenix Event Venues
Located adjacent to Bar 44 you will find our Patio Dining Room. It is an open, high energy space that’s perfect for any social event or gathering with friends. The room is enclosed with glass-paned doors and windows and comfortably air-conditioned for year-round use. This truly unique dining area also contains a reflective and romantic gas fireplace. The hearth is high enough to sit on and enjoy the warmth of the fire. You will be the envy of all your friends once they hear you partied on our patio!
Kitchen Dining Room at Steak 44
The gorgeous Kitchen Dining Room is ideal for parties of up to 20 guests. With lots of windows, it is a bright, airy, and elegant space to host any event. Two of the four walls are glass, giving your guests a glimpse “behind the scenes” with a view into our kitchen and pastry room. If you are looking for a more intimate feel, we have privacy curtains available as well. If you would like to have floral arrangements on your table, then fill the form for customize dining experience!
Arcadia Dining Room for Private Dining in Phoenix
Located off our newly designed back bar, the Arcadia Room is ideal for groups of up to 22 guests. This versatile space is great for hosting many types of events. Curtains allow for an intimate and fully enclosed private space for presentations. You also have the option to leave the curtains open to view the vibe of the reservation bar through the sliding glass doors of your own secluded retreat.

Our newly-debuted reservation bar and private dining room exudes a high energy vibe with a classic and elegant feel. This space is totally private and can accommodate up to 90 guests. Enjoy the ability to offer your guests their own exclusive walk-up bar along with a fully seated private dinner! This room is perfect for any type of celebration. With the ability to also connect to the East and West Private Dining Rooms, we can further expand this space to accommodate 130-170 guests!

Established in 2014, Steak 44 is owned and operated by brothers Jeffrey and Michael Mastro, their father Dennis Mastro, and partner Scott Troilo. Together, the group currently owns and operates a trio of successful fine dining steakhouses, including Dominick’s Steakhouse in Scottsdale, Arizona, Steak 48 in Houston which successfully opened in summer 2016, and Steak 48 in Chicago which successfully opened summer 2017.
Steak 44 has become a popular destination for private event rooms, special event celebrations, and business meeting rooms in Phoenix, AZ. When looking for the perfect place to host your company outing, our private dining rooms at Steak 44 are the perfect venues for any occasion.
Over the years, the team created and developed several Mastro’s Steakhouses and Ocean Club seafood hotspots in Arizona and California, before selling the brand in 2007. Steak 44 is an exciting new chapter for the Mastro team and represents a refreshing approach and more gentle and interesting interpretation of the classic American steakhouse.
Exceptional Private Dining
Steak 44 was created to differ from the steakhouse of pure tradition, which tends to collectively embody the same general blueprint. When developing Steak 44, the Mastro team was thoughtful in every detail to make their new concept something diners wouldn’t anticipate or expect of a traditional steakhouse. While at its core, it’s a classic American steakhouse, the dining area features bold art, an intimate, sexy layout, and design with luxury personal service that ensures diners receive an experience that is surprisingly unexpected yet approachable for a variety of occasions and guests.
But what is a restaurant without the food? At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Marc Lupino, who leads Prime Steak Concepts’ culinary program and has been part of the team since the early 2000s. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of high-quality menu items to suit any individual preference, featuring the very best in USDA prime steaks, seafood and shellfish, accompanied by unique appetizers and inventive side dishes. Lupino sources locally-grown ingredients whenever possible, going to great lengths to ensure all products are the best they can be or he doesn’t put it on the menu.
