The menu at Steak 44 is designed to represent classic steakhouse elements while bringing in original and interesting items that compliment and entice.
Our appetizers, including our popular crispy shrimp deviled eggs and king crab & avocado stack are the perfect way to get an evening started.
Our raw bar features a massive supply of fresh Alaskan king crab, succulent Maine lobster, fresh Hawaiian poke and our chef’s hand-picked selection of oysters from the cold waters of the East and West Coast.
The main attraction on our menu is our USDA Prime steaks. We offer several different cuts to satisfy your appetite, including our signature 12-ounce New York strip and our tender bone-in Filet Mignon.
If you are looking for something incredibly special, we also serve the highest grade domestic Waygu steaks. Make sure you top off your steak with one of our chef’s steak toppings like foie gras, chef style burrata or black truffle sautéed Maine lobster.
Our sides are more than just a complement to our amazing steaks, they are an essential part of your dining experience. Our roasted Brussels sprouts with bacon are a must have, and guests often rave about our Alaskan king crab and rock shrimp mac and cheese.
While most guests visit Steak 44 for our legendary steaks, we also offer an excellent selection of top quality meats including lamb, veal, pork, chicken and fresh seafood.
We’ll also go out of our way to accommodate special requests and offer gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Each ingredient on our menu is procured fresh from responsible and sustainable sources, whenever available. If any ingredient does not live up to our high standards, it will never make its way onto our menu.
Once the main course has been fully enjoyed, you’ll be more than tempted by selections from our decadent dessert menu. We offer a range of seasonally available desserts that will wrap up the perfect evening, no matter what occasion you are celebrating.
Our cuisine is easily enhanced by a bottle of wine from our extensive wine cellar, a pour from our Scotch whiskey menu or one of the numerous craft cocktails available from our bar.
